A bit about my business as a coach….

For anyone in the United States who is looking to increase energy, lose weight, and/or modify eating habits to improve their health, I help by doing the following:
  1. Complete a complimentary health assessment and discuss your goals with you.
  2. I present a plan for you to meet your goals.
  3. You decide if that plan will work for you.
    1. If not, that’s it!  You are welcome to follow me on Facebook and continue to receive tips and recipes, or not.  It’s up to you. There is no obligation, and I am not here to sell you anything.  I offer a service only to those that want it.
  4. If you decide that you want to try the plan that I present, and you are ready to commit to making improvements in your life, I will create an account for you to get you started.
  5. We set up a schedule for coaching calls.  I will answer questions, provide guidance and encouragement, and challenge you to learn more and create new healthy habits.
